Mark Lichty, executive producer of Groundswell Rising, recently produced A Fractured State, an important film on Pennsylvania's Environmental Rights Amendment. The Pa legislature often ignores this constitutional right as it did when it passed Act 13. The more people know of the power of their constitutional right, the better we will be able to protect our cherished environment. (Editor's note: this documentary was not produced by Sierra Club.)
