President Biden: Hold Strong For the Boldest Build Back Better Act!
Overview
We have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to shape our society and economy for decades to come by passing the Build Back Better Act.
Build Back Better includes transformative investments in 🔌 bold climate action and clean energy, ✊🏾 tackling racial and economic injustice, 🧕 creating universal pre-K, 🏠 expanding Medicare & Medicaid, 🚰 replacing lead pipes, 🚊 investing in public transit, ❄ restoring Arctic Refuge protections, and so much more. As the cornerstone of President Biden's agenda, his legacy is on the line.
With 96% of Democrats in Congress and 70% of Americans in support of the Build Back Better Act, Senators Sinema and Manchin should not be able to cut these desperately needed investments. As President Biden and Congress enter the final days of negotiations, he needs to hear from us that we’re counting on him to deliver the biggest and boldest legislation possible. The final package must meet the “climate test” of cutting climate pollution in half by 2030. At the end of October, President Biden will be going to the UN Climate Summit in Glasgow, the global meeting where world leaders share their commitments to reducing climate pollution. The Build Back Better Act can help the U.S. deliver on our international climate commitments and reestablish us as a global climate leader.

The White House public comment line is only open from 11am-3pm Eastern / 8am - 12pm Pacific Tuesday-Thursday so we want to concentrate all of our calls during that period. Dial 844-332-1339 to leave your message for President Biden with the volunteer taking comments.
Sample Script (feel free to adapt and make it your own)

I'm fighting for the Build Back Better Act to deliver bold action on climate, environmental justice, child care, paid leave, education, housing & jobs! As President Biden enters the final days of negotiations with Senators Manchin and Sinema, I’m counting on him to bring this historic bill across the finish line and honor his goal to cut climate pollution in half by 2030, eliminating fossil fuel subsidies and more to meet the “climate test.” President Biden, please stand strong and deliver the boldest Build Back Better Act possible!”
