On January 18 the Sierra Club of Pennsylvania Chapter and Groups hosted a Volunteer Job Fair for new members and folks that helped out during the 2022 election cycle.
Topics that were covered included:
- Review of what Sierra Club's Mission and Organization
- Volunteer Opportunities with staff-led Initiatives (National and Chapter)
- Volunteer-led Initiatives (Chapter and Group)
- Discussion
- Survey - matching interests with volunteer needs

Over 100 people registered for the event. We broke into four Zoom Rooms to facilitate more discussion and to get as many of our staff (10) and volunteer leaders (10) introduced to potential new volunteers as possible.
