The Sierra Club's DC Chapter is seeking a Chapter Director to lead efforts toward a sustainable future for DC. The Chapter Director will direct chapter programs and operations, conservation advocacy and organizing, political and legislative programming, fundraising, budgeting, financial management, staff supervision, volunteer development, and media relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in program administration, budget and financial management, fundraising, strategic planning, and working in partnership with volunteers to advance mission-oriented programs and work.
The DC Chapter is leading work in support of a just and equitable transition in the District to clean energy, tackle air and water pollution, advance zero waste, and ensure the region has world-class sustainable transportation systems.
