The Sierra Club called on DC's utility regulator to require that all proposals from DC's electric and gas utilities reduce greenhouse gas emissions and put DC on pace to net-zero emissions by 2050. The Sierra Club's comments to the Public Service Commission came in response to the commission's request for input on how it can meet its new mandate to uphold DC's public climate commitments.
