The District has proposed a rulemaking to limit unnecessary idling of nonroad diesel engines. The rulemaking is based on a model rule developed by the Ozone Transport Commission. The proposed rulemaking can be found at: http://www.dcregs.dc.gov/Gateway/NoticeHome.aspx?NoticeID=5553170
