On Friday, May 22, Councilmember Brianne Nadeau of Ward 1 sent a letter to the DC Public Service Commission saying she has "serious concerns" about Exelon taking over Pepco because of "the negative impact it could have on our rate payers and on our aggressive renewable energy investment goals."
