On May 19, the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) released its biennial City Energy Efficiency Scorecard, which ranked the District third in the country! DC made a huge jump from 2013, making it one of the most improved cities on the list. The ranking considers policies and programs in government operations, community initiatives, buildings, utilities, and transportation.
