Get Involved

The vast majority of the work done by the Sierra Club is by volunteers, people like you who contribute their time to accomplish their local Group or Chapter's objectives.

The fastest way to get involved is to sign up to be a volunteer through SIERRA CLUB VOLUNTEER CONNECTION.

Someone will direct you to where you are needed most. Attend a Sierra Club meeting on Zoom where you can meet people who share your passion about the environment. You might find yourself speaking out for clean energy at a public meeting on line, calling others to protect a forest, do research to protect a low-income community from toxic air pollution. You'll find ample opportunities to say "I'll help." and you'll be on your way.

The strength of the Sierra Club is that it has always been a grass roots organization. Our volunteer structure allows anyone in the Club to make their own personal contribution.  Each one of those contributions takes us one step closer to our goals, and yours.

Take a step forward today. Volunteer today!
