Sierra Club Endorsed Candidates in Minnesota

Endorsement decisions are made by our volunteer Executive Committee, based on the recommendations of our political committee which conducts candidate questionnaires and screenings. Throughout our process, volunteers and staff evaluate the environmental and public health records of candidates and their experience of being a true champion for creating a just, sustainable future. This list will be updated as more endorsements are made. 

The Minnesota Sierra Club has a long history of engaging in electoral races from municipal to presidential, motivating our volunteers to help elect pro-environment, just candidates. Through our political programs, we are shaping the debate on climate change and building a broad, diverse, and powerful movement to protect and defend our environment, community health, and Democracy itself.
