- Learn about Small Butchery Revitalization - HF857, with guests Chris Petersen and Ethan Vorhes, May, 2021. Ethan raises Wagyu Cattle and Chris raises Berkshire Hogs. They both struggle to get locker times to take their livestock to market. Ethan had to take his cattle all the way from NE IA to Nebraska last year. As we build an agricultural system that protects our soil and water, bills like this will make the transition easier because we have to protect our independent farmers too.
