Harnessing the Power of the Inflation Reduction Act

The Sierra Club has assembled materials about the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and answers about the IRA.

The Inflation Reduction Act is the largest investment in our climate and clean energy in US history, investing about $370 billion in climate action, clean energy jobs, and environmental justice.  This will put us on a path to cutting climate pollution by 40% by 2030.

The IRA can help us as individuals, as well as our local communities and our state.  Each of us can work to ensure this law creates meaningful, long lasting change across the country.
