Add a title and questions

Add "collaborators." These people will be able to responses. 

This is one way to view responses.

This spreadsheet is another way to see responses. You can also share this spreadsheet.

Click the "send" button to share the form! This is for people who will fill out the form.

Now you're ready to embed this form onto your chapter's website! Put this form where it seems most appropriate for your chapter...most likely a "get invovled" or "contact us" page.

Click "send," then click the "< >" at the top of the box that pops up. Click "copy."

In the body part, after you've entered in what you want to say, click on "HTML" in the bar along the top.

Paste the link into the box that pops up and click "update." It may take a moment, but now your form is "embedded" into your webpage! This will make it easier for interested volunteers to sign up.
