This bill increases moneys appropriated to the Department of Natural Resources by $1,861,200 in fiscal year 2016-2017 for the purpose of increasing science services positions by the equivalent of 18.4 full-time positions. This funding was decreased by this amount and these positions were eliminated under 2015 Wisconsin Act 55.
