"Sheeco Sustainability is a Nashville-based sustainable events & consulting firm founded by two women who have a passion for helping people solve complex problems and making the world a better place for all. Sheeco has helped clients like Warner Music, AARP, and the Nashville Pride festival stand out, minimize environmental burden, and support the community by implementing sustainability into their operations and events".

"Diana’s advanced education and ten years of experience in research, project management, and sustainability education provide the perfect background for helping incorporate evidence-based solutions to clients. Her unique career path has enabled her to work on sustainability initiatives with schools, nonprofits, and companies. Prior to founding Sheeco, Diana created and managed award winning programs for a sustainability non-profit. Accolades include a Government’s Environmental Stewardship Award and CNM’s Sustainable Practices Award for a program she built from the ground up.  She’s been invited to join national committees due to her expertise related to food-waste prevention." The presentation will be preceded at 5:30 by an optional hike around the lake led by Charlie High of the Sierra Club (meet at the Visitor Center promptly at 5:30). Registration is NOT required for the hike, but a signed waiver form is required and will be provided at the hike.

This is a live in-person event held at the Walter Criley Visitors’ Center at Radnor Lake next to the Otter Creek west parking lot off Granny White Pike.
