Sierra Club has asked us to continue presenting programs virtually until is is safe for us to resume in-person events later this summer

The Harpeth Conservancy, formerly known as the Harpeth River Watershed Association (HRWA), in middle Tennessee, is a science-based conservation organization dedicated to clean water and healthy ecosystems for rivers in Tennessee. They employ scientific expertise and collaborative relationships to develop, promote and support broad community stewardship and action. The Science Director, Dr. Ryan Jackwood will share with us what he’s learned so far from water sampling along the Harpeth River, such as identifying potential E.coli hotspots. He’ll also be addressing what trends he is seeing in the data, the significance of his findings, and how you can get involved with Harpeth's citizen testing program!
