As Kent discusses adopting
Electric Public Transporation in Tennessee

SIerra Club has asked us to continue presenting programs virtually until is is safe for us to resume in-person events later this summer
Please watch for more about that on our website. We hope to all be together in just a few more weeks.

Kent Minault

Kent Minault, Co-Chair of the Tennessee Chapter's Transportation Committee, tells us about the progress in adopting electric vehicles in public transportation and leads our discussion.

Electric vehicle adoption is ready to soar.  Learn how to help schools, transit districts, businesses, as well as friends and neighbors both urban and rural, take advantage of the growing opportunities to get off fossil fuels.  The federal government, the state, utilities and municipalities are making many of the right moves.  Occasionally they need help.  Kent reviews the winning policies from around the country and the world.

Let’s figure out how to educate our neighbors and win some successes here in Tennessee.
