Nashville ICO Hike for Elementary School Kids
November 9 2019

Sierra Club Nashville ICO (Inspiring Connections Outdoors) hosted children from Preston Taylor Ministries on a hike on November 9, 2019.

We hiked the two-mile Henry Hollow Loop Trail on a chilly morning.

Ready to Hike

The trail proceeds uphill along a stream for .6 miles.

Off On the Trail

It then climbs .4 miles to a ridgetop.

Up the Hill

There were frequent stops to examine berries, acorns and friendly dogs on the trail.

Found Interesting Things

The trail returns to the picnic area down the ridge.

The twenty hikers had a hearty lunch at the end of the hike.
