MISSOULA, Mont. — A coalition of tribal and conservation interests today filed a lawsuit in federal court seeking to restore critical protections to the Yellowstone region’s iconic grizzly bears before new threats, including hunting, push the population further into decline.

CHARLESTON, WV -- Today, the Sierra Club and Appalachian Mountain Advocates formally requested that the Fayette County Commission deny the necessary zoning change to allow Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC (MVP) to build a compressor station in their county. The MVP would transport fracked gas through West Virginia into Virginia. MVP wishes to build a compressor station for the pipeline on three parcels of land currently zoned for residential uses in Fayette County.

COLUMBUS, OH - Today, Sierra Club, AEP, PUCO Staff and other stakeholders reached agreement in a case before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) that will advance an existing agreement to develop 900 MW of clean renewable energy, as well as initiate
