Adoption of the rules follows a robust stakeholder engagement process over the past year.

Other ZEV states include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, Vermont, and Virginia.
