Maryland Sierra Club worked with a variety of partners to organize and consolidate a range of technical comments on the expansion of I-495 and I-270. The comments were submitted to the Board of Public works prior to their meeting on June 5th, 2019, seeking to designate the highways projects as a public-private partnership.
