On Wednesday, September 21st, 80 Marylanders gathered at Kaldi Social House in Silver Spring to hear from Sierra Club Executive Director Michael Brune and State Senator Paul Pinsky.
Conservation Chair Dori Paster gave a briefing on important upcoming legislation, Mr. Brune talked about the need to "enlist humanity" in the escalating fight for climate justice, and Senator Pinsky spoke of the vital importance of grassroots activism in passing progressive legislation.
