Find out about Richard Klein's "Clearing Our Waters" campaign, a citizen-led effort to minimize erosion from construction sites.
7:30 – 8:30 pm: “How to Win Land Development Issues” by Richard Klein of Community and Environmental Defense Services (ceds.org). Learn about the approaches to equitable solutions and smart legal strategies that have enabled CEDS to achieve a 90% success rate in combatting the environmental impacts of development since 1987.
