BICO is an all volunteer nonprofit organization that was founded in 1999 with the goal of providing under-served Baltimore City youth with educational, enjoyable, and safe outdoor experiences at no cost to them. Over the last 24 years BICO has organized more than 750 outings, serving nearly ten thousand youth. This amazing impact is only possible because of the support of volunteers who lead outings and generously donate their expertise and resources. BICO is always seeking new volunteers to assist us in leading youth on safe, respectful, and inspiring outings and by providing their administrative expertise in a variety of ways.
