Whether you work outside or are planning a summer getaway, you need to know how to stay safe in this season's extreme heat. And we really do mean "extreme." On July 15, excessive-heat watches and warnings or heat advisories affected over 100 million people and covered 15 states from Washington state to New Mexico, including Arizona and California, and from Texas to Florida.
