The Green Corridor Coalition invites you to this year’s Open Space Celebration on Sunday, November 7. This family-friendly event will offer a little something for everyone, including pumpkin painting and photography contests, live entertainment, free food and cider, presentations by local activists, and more!
The Open Space Celebration will take place at Heron Creek Forest Preserve, Shelter B. The event is free and open to the public.

The Green Corridor Coalition is composed of Lake County residents, politicians, activists, and local environmental groups, including the Sierra Club, Midwest Sustainability Group, Lake County Audubon Society, Livable Lake County, Openlands, and Friends of Indian Creek Wetlands.
