The Water Sentinels Grassroots Network Team connects water activists across the nation dedicated to protecting all waters of the United States. Water Sentinels work with dedicated volunteers and staff at the group, chapter, and national levels.
We share a common vision—where all communities have access to clean and affordable drinking water, and where the quality and quantity of surface and groundwater sustain the ecosystems on which all life depends.
Subcommittees address specific issues, including water quantity, water quality, and water equity.
We take action on threats to our water laws, collaborate with chapters on western water issues, assist students and the general public in water testing and monitoring projects, and advocate for safer, more affordable water for all communities, especially the most vulnerable.
