The Headwaters Group of the Colorado Sierra Club is hosting a film event on April 26th featuring “Fracking The System,” a documentary about Colorado’s oil and gas wars. The group is also urging members to contact state officials to support five bills aimed at holding oil and gas companies accountable for pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, the group supports a ballot initiative to ban trophy hunting of mountain lions, trapping of bobcats, and preemptively ban hunting of lynx in Colorado. more info
