When can I expect to receive my order?
Current shipping timeline is 4-6 weeks.
Why am I not seeing products I’ve been able to purchase in the past?
We are currently exploring a new vendor to host our online shopping experience. In the meantime, Sierra Club staff and our Member Care team are able to assist you in placing and processing an order. Some Sierra Club items and products are temporarily unavailable as we focus on our most popular products for purchase.
I’d like to order multiple items at once.
Unfortunately, our current system is unable to support processing more than one item at a time. With that being said, if you’re interested in ordering multiple items at once, our Member Care team could assist you in processing that order. Please feel free to contact Member Care at 415.977.5653. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 am - 5 pm PT.
How do I use my member discount?

When will the regular Sierra Club shopping experience return?
Our goal is to resume with our online store again by June 2025.
