Insect Conservation

Matthew Strausser, a wildlife biologist at NASA's Johnson Space Center, will discuss insect conservation. Insects are an essential component for food webs, pollination and overall biodiversity. Insects in the modern world face many challenges: from habitat loss, pesticides and pollutants, light pollution, climate change, and associated biodiversity loss.
