The Wild & Scenic Film Festival on Tour, is one of the largest environmental film festivals in North America. The CEC is bringing this event to Houston for TWO nights: Tuesday, January 28 & Wednesday, January 29, 2020! Different film selections each night; see link below.
 
Houston Sierra Club is one of the sponsors of this annual film event, and a member group of the Citizens' Environmental Coalition (CEC).
 
The 2020 Film Festival On Tour will be held at the historic River Oaks Theater. Films were selected that showcase the links between beauty, environment, adventure, quality of life, and action. It is our hope that the festival will increase community understanding of the connection we share with the planet and our roles as stewards of our natural heritage. We will also show a local environmental film each night to highlight the work of some of CEC’s 130+ member organizations.
