Run Off Election for City of Houston
The runoff election for Mayor of Houston and City Council positions is Saturday, December 14, 2019. Early voting dates are listed below.
Voter turnout in runoff elections is typically low, and therefore VOTING is extremely important! YOUR VOTE MATTERS!
In addition to the mayor's office, 11 of the Houston City Council races are in the runoff.
Those are:
All of the At Large Council Districts: #1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
And the following geographic Council Districts: A, C, D, F, H, and J
(Note: District B run off is not on the ballot due to a legal challenge and pending court decision.)

Election Day: Saturday, Dec. 14, 7am-7pm.
Early Voting: starts Wednesday, Nov. 27; then
Monday, Dec. 2 - Tuesday, Dec. 10 (Sunday, Dec. 8 is only 1pm-6pm);
other days typically 7am-7pm.
