Paige Curtis is a Boston-based writer covering the intersection of environment and culture. Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, with familial ties to the Caribbean, the human impacts of climate change have always been on her mind. Her work has appeared in Vox, Grist, GreenBiz, Yes!Magazine, Atmos and other publications.
Tatum McConnell is a Sierra magazine fellow and freelance journalist launching a career in environmental journalism. She loves to write about conservation, ecology, and life in its myriad forms. She studied environmental biology at Columbia University and is currently a graduate student at NYU’s Science, Health and Environmental Reporting Program.
