John Dernbach is professor of law at Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and co-editor of Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization in the United States (2019). He helps lead the LPDD Model Laws Project.   

Joe DiMona is an attorney with over 35 years of legal experience, most recently as Vice President, Legal Affairs, of Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), the music performing rights licensing organization. He leads the outreach team for the LPDD Model Laws project.
