Demystifying the Drought
What You Need to Know about Water, Conservation and Everything in Between
Join us on October 21 at 7 pm for our monthly meeting. Meeting is held upstairs in the First Presbyterian Church Education building, 869 N. Euclid Ave, Upland, take the left side stairs. New members and the public are welcome.
There will be a short business meeting first, refreshments will be served, and the speaker will follow. Our speaker is Liane Veenema, Community Outreach and Education Coordinator from the Chino Basin Water Conservation District. Liane will share with us an overview of water in California and in our local area and the importance of water conservation during drought years. Water wise landscaping and other helpful conservation tips will be featured.
