The announcement comes weeks after notice was given to Louisiana and 18 other states that their state implementation plans to curb pollution were not enough.

The announcement comes weeks after notice was given to Oklahoma and 18 other states that their state implementation plans to curb pollution were not enough.

Washington, DC – Late last night, in an overwhelmingly bipartisan vote, the Senate passed the FY2022 appropriations package. The House of Representatives did the same the night prior. The bill, which includes modest increases in key funding provisions, sets an initial course for ensuring the Biden Administration is equipped with the funding necessary for the federal government to function as a whole.
