Saint Paul, MN -- Spokespeople from across Minnesota will hold a press conference shortly after a decision is announced on the Certificate of Need for the Line 3 tar sands pipeline today by the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (PUC).

WHO: Expected speakers include:
Margaret Levin, Director of Sierra Club North Star Chapter
Winona LaDuke, Executive Director of Honor the Earth

WHEN: Thursday, June 28 -- 15 minutes following announcement of a decision on Certificate of Need for Line 3
