Washington, DC -- According to E&E News, those working for and supporting Oklahoma Attorney General and Trump nominee to be EPA Administrator, Scott Pruitt, have opened a new political operation while shuttering his leadership PAC and Super PAC.
In response, Sierra Club Legislative Director Melinda Pierce released the following statement:
“Scott Pruitt and his political cronies are sticking with the Donald Trump theme: Gaslighting. Protecting our clean air and water is not a political operation, and Scott Pruitt must stop these cheap parlor tricks and close all political operations immediately. The American people deserve nothing less than an EPA Administrator’s undivided attention on protecting our their public health and communities.”
