Brian Vaughn is a first year environmental studies student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to his role as a student activist with the Sierra Student Coalition, he works on the opinion desk at the Daily Tar Heel, UNC’s student newspaper. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking and criticizing the dining halls’ vegan options.
