Allison Steffens is currently a junior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign studying environmental sustainability, sociology, and urban planning. On her campus, she is president of UIUC’s oldest and largest environmental student organization, Students for Environmental Concerns. This Fall, she is aiming to start a Seize the Grid Campaign at UIUC and work for clean energy on her campus with other students.
