You still have time to let the N.C. Utilities Commission (NCUC) know your thoughts on Duke Energy's revised carbon plan. 

You can submit consumer comments to the NCUC that reference the Carbon Plan Docket No. # 100 Sub 190. Talking points for your comments can be found here.

To ensure that your testimony has the most impact, you should not identify yourself as a member of the Sierra Club or any other organization. You are speaking as an individual ratepayer. It’s important that commissioners hear from individual North Carolinians who will be directly affected by these decisions.
