This hike will start at the Wesley Branch Parking Lot in Bent Creek. We will make a lollipop loop with the Boyd Branch trail, Little Hickory Top trail, Sidehill trail, and Lower Sidehill trail back to the parking area.

The length is 6.2 miles with 840 feet elevation gain. We will finish the hike by 2 p.m. This is a moderate hike through the western part of Bent Creek.

There will be only one meeting location at the Bent Creek River Park at 9:30 a.m. We will carpool from there to the Wesley Branch Parking lot since there is limited parking. We will stop for a snack/lunch break around the midpoint of the hike.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the hike, but must be on a leash. Families are welcome! Any children should be accompanied and supervised by parents or other adult family members.

If anyone is experiencing COVID symptoms, is still in quarantine after testing positive for COVID, is feeling sick, and/or has a fever, they should not attend this outing.
