We will hold our traditional mid-summer picnic on Saturday, July 22, beside our beautiful French Broad River at Woodfin’s Riverside Park, from noon to 3 pm.  The Park is located at 1630 Riverside Drive in Woodfin.  Plan now to share food and companionship with our Sierra Club community.  A grill will be provided.  Please bring your own place settings and something to put on the grill.

This picnic will happen rain or shine, there is a shelter in case of rain. In addition to something for yourself to grill, bring a potluck dish to share.  There will be badminton, and we are along a beautiful river to take walks.   This event is family friendly,  although please leave dogs at home. No registration is required.
