Sierra Club Has a New Executive Director

The Sierra Club Board of Directors has selected Ben Jealous to serve as Executive Director. The decision follows an extensive search and comes more than a year after Michael Brune left the organization.  The board’s announcement highlighted Ben's passion for the outdoors and commitment to fighting for the environment, and his work leading both People for the American Way and the NAACP. Read more about this important appointment.
