Greater Omaha virtual solar tour

The Missouri Valley Group Sierra Club and the American Solar Energy Society (ASES) will host the virtual National Solar Tour in Omaha from October 4-6.

Now is the time to take advantage of federal tax rebates and/or OPPD’s solar incentive. Solar energy helps to be more energy independent and to save money on your electric bill. It also serves to reduce pollution and to help the grid during hot summer days. Two of the four OPPD Greener Together grants funded solar energy at Habitat for Humanity and No More Empty Pots.

Below you will see examples of commercial, educational, residential and non-profit solar projects (large and small) in Greater Omaha.
