I am a recovering journalist and ruthlessly organized content analyst living in Waldo, KCMO. Originally from Overland Park, KS, I returned to the metro in 2020 after stints in L.A., Brooklyn, Chicago, and Austin. I joined Sierra Club in 2022 and I've volunteered with Mothers Out Front KC and local food rescue organizations since 2021. Working in the entertainment industry for 20+ years has provided me with a wealth of experience and skills in media + communications, data analysis, budgeting, networking, people management, and operations. Additionally, I'm a seasoned hiker, surviving NYC bike commuter, and fledgling gardener. I want to make the world a better place for my son.

I'm a current Chapter Ex-Com member who resides in Columbia, MO. I've been involved in leading and organizing many different environmental volunteer efforts and events for the Sierra Club and other organizations. In my free time I enjoy gardening, reading, or going out to try new things with my friends.

I am a born and bred Chicagoan who has called St. Louis home since 2014. I have worked exclusively for nonprofits and government since 2011. I have worn many hats during my professional career such as program manager, analyst, organizer, lobbyist, policy lead, and consumer advocate. On a more personal note, I love everything about food and it's primarily how I access the world and culture. I live in the Hill neighborhood in Saint Louis with my girlfriend and our 4 animals (1 dog, 3 cats). If not hanging out with them or eating food, then I'm working on my house, traveling, running races, hiking, going to the local YMCA, or taking culinary classes.
