Today the Sierra Club announced its endorsement of Rep. Betty McCollum for reelection in Minnesota's 4th Congressional District.
"Representative Betty McCollum has been a champion for critical environmental and climate protections, and we are thrilled to endorse her for reelection in 2024,” said Margaret Levin, State Director for the Sierra Club North Star Chapter. “We commend her outstanding advocacy for clean water, including as author of the Boundary Waters Wilderness Protection and Pollution Prevention Act and co-author of the Mississippi River Resilience and Restoration Initiative; and her leadership on climate change and other issues affecting Minnesota.”
