A subcommittee of the team had a special meeting to develop text and Powerpoint slides for presentations on the IRA to Minneapolis neighborhood associations. The presentation could be readily adapted for other audiences. One issue they faced was the uncertainty of when the rebate program will be ready for launch, currently estimated to be next summer or early fall. Also, they are somewhat limited by the fact that benefits and income requirements have not yet been finalized.
This is a work in progress, and the team will be evaluating the next draft shortly.
