The Clean Energy Team is working hard to accelerate the transition from fossil fuels to 100% Clean Energy in Minnesota. Team members were out knocking on doors and making phone calls to elect climate champions on November 8th. Now, post election, and with a climate majority at the state level the team is preparing to help pass historic climate legislation that will commit MN to clean energy and protect communities most affected by pollution. The team is also planning a campaign to raise awareness of the thousands of dollars property owners will be able to save when switching to electric and efficient appliances. Last, the team is supporting the Minneapolis People's Climate and Equity Plan (AKA, a Minneapolis Green New Deal). There's lots of exciting work happening.
