Today the Sierra Club announced its endorsement of Rep. Betty McCollum for reelection in Minnesota's 4th Congressional District.
"The Sierra Club is thrilled to endorse Representative Betty McCollum for reelection in 2022," said Margaret Levin, State Director for the Sierra Club North Star Chapter. "As Chair of the Interior-Environment Appropriations Subcommittee, she has advanced critical environmental programs and safeguards. Throughout her service, Rep. McCollum has been a courageous and outspoken advocate – including as author of the Boundary Waters Wilderness Protection and Pollution Prevention Act, supporting critical action on climate change and other issues affecting our state.

The Sierra Club will mobilize its members and supporters to elect endorsed candidates.
